The week that was - 78.5kms
I was able to do a little more this past
week as i didn't have the kids stay with
me overnight.
1 x Long Run - 24.5kms (easy pace)
4 x Medium Runs - 40kms (easy pace)
2 x Speed/Hills - 8kms (50/50-hard/easy)
1 x Masters Racing/Training - 6kms (20/80-hard/easy)
2 x Cycling/spinbike - 20kms (even pace)
1 x (6x3rnds) Boxing bags
1 Full Rest day (Saturday)
Total kms - Running 78.5/Cycling 20
