Friday Morning - Treadmill Fartlek (3.5) 6 kms on the treadmill this morning with the middle 3 kms or so a fartlek run of a minute each at 14/10 14/10 etc. The other 3k a warmup and a cooldown. To finish off a set of chairdips and pullups.
