Thursday Evening - Boxing Bags
Usual boxing bags routine this evening 6 x 3min
rounds - 2 with each bag type. Must be a little tired
as these sessions this week are not easy.
Thursday Morning - Recovery Run (4) 10kms
An easy pace recovery run for 10kms this morning.
I did struggle a little but got through it ok for a rating
of (4) out of 5 for effort today.
